Italian-made fabric woven from a blend of acetate and viscose with a striped pattern in green and cream, arranged alternately and regularly. The width of a single stripe across the pattern is 12 mm. The fabric is soft, drapey, non-stretch and fairly opaque. The material lays beautifully and falls gently, giving designs a light and refined character. The fresh color combination together with the fabric’s breathability makes it ideal for sewing dresses, skirts, blouses and shirts.

Composition: 58% acetate, 42% viscose

Acetate, like viscose, is produced from cellulose. It differs from viscose in the manufacturing process of the yarn. Acetate yarn can also be made from processed cellulose (for example, paper). Additionally, acetate is finished under acidic conditions, which gives it increased resistance to fading.
