Italian fabric 100% silk of the shantung type in the color of dirty pink. The fabric is smoother with subtle lumps. It is opaque, non-elastic, drapes rather stiffly and is very elegant. It is perfect for evening gowns, skirts, blouses, as well as jackets.

Note! The fabric has numerous irregular lumps, tiny lines and knots characteristic of the rough shantung weave. This is not a defect of the fabric and is not subject to complaint.

Shantung is a type of silk fabric made from raw yarn, with irregularly distributed, granulated lumps (yarn ornamented with threads) in the thread. It has a slightly stiff, flexible structure. Suitable for both clothing and interior decoration - curtains, cushions, etc. It is dyed naturally, therefore we only clean it dry chemically.
