Shipping

We ship your order by DPD courier from our warehouse in Poznań, Poland. Expected delivery time: 3–14 days.

Shipping cost by country

The amounts shown include the VAT rate of the destination country. Companies with a valid EU VAT number are charged the net price.

For oversized shipments (whole fabric rolls, for example) the shipping cost may differ — we will let you know by e-mail before we process the order.

We do not ship to countries outside this list. If your country is missing, write to us and we will check the options.

Processing time

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00 are packed and dispatched the same working day. Later orders go out the next working day.

Fabric samples are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of withdrawal (applies only to articles sold as pieces, i.e. coupon, buttons, appliqués, etc.)

1.1. In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 822), you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.

1.2. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in relation to contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specification or serving to meet the consumer's individualized needs. Pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)
1.3. Fabric cut from a beam according to the customer's preferences is an "item serving to meet the customer's individualized needs" within the meaning of Article 38(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. As a consequence of the sale of this type of product, the consumer does not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

1.4. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, i.e.

of its decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

1.5. You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.  You can also complete and submit a withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement electronically on our website [http://izpol.pl]. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice on a durable medium (e-mail).

1.6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. 

2. Consequences of withdrawal and refund of goods

2.1 Withdrawal from all purchased goods  sold as pieces, i.e. coupon, buttons, appliqués, etc.)  :

If the customer withdraws from the contract of the entire purchased goods, and :

1. The shipment of the goods has not yet been made (the goods remain physically in the stock of Izpol Sp.J.) all payments received from you (including shipping costs) will be refunded no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this agreement.

2. The shipment of the goods has been made (the goods have physically left our warehouse), the payments received from you will be refunded within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the goods to the headquarters of Izpol Sp.J.

2.2 Withdrawal from the parts of the purchased goods  sold as pieces, i.e. coupon, buttons, appliqués, etc.)  :

In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement for a part of the goods for which the customer has obtained a promotional discount resulting from the purchase amount (e.g. 5% for PLN 500, 10% for PLN 1000, etc.) or the purchase quantity (e.g. 5% for 5 mt, 10% for 10 mt), and after its return the sum of the prices of the remaining goods does not meet the discount criterion, Izpol Sp.J. will issue a new proof of purchase for the goods left behind, and the customer will receive a refund minus the discount previously obtained.

The return will be made no later than 14 days from the moment of delivery of the goods to the registered office of Izpol Sp.J.

2.3. If the goods are sent back in a deteriorated or damaged condition, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund accordingly.

2.4.We will refund your payment using the same payment methods you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in which case you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. 

2.5. Please send or hand over the item to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.  The deadline is met if you return the item before the expiry of the 14-day period.

2.6.  The direct costs of returning goods shall be borne by the customer
