Silk satin is a dense yet lightweight fabric with a smooth surface, woven in a satin weave. Its additional advantages are smoothness and durability, and it drapes very well, does not show through and feels pleasant to the touch. One side is matte while the other has a noble sheen. The available remnant measures 90 cm wide — ideal for sewing a blouse or shorts.
