Black decorative fabric on mesh, embellished with sequins and beads, featuring an ornate embroidered border pattern with an elegant, evening character. The deep black embellishments contrast beautifully with the sheer mesh, creating a striking composition inspired by classic ornaments. The elaborate design combines geometric diamonds with decorative botanical motifs, making the fabric richly ornamental and drawing attention with its craftsmanship and variety of details.
The lower part is decorated with a wide border approximately 40 cm high, filled with a dense, ornamental pattern. Repeating motifs resemble stylized plant ornaments with scrolls, small floral elements and decorative lines. Individual compositions are separated by serrated lines that organize the pattern and emphasize its rhythmic arrangement. Above the wide border there is another band of ornaments, measuring about 36 cm at its lowest point and reaching approximately 77 cm at its highest. In this section the decorative motifs form tall, slender compositions topped with small floral details and complemented by delicate scrollwork. Above the ornaments the mesh with a regular arrangement of geometric diamonds is visible, running up to the top edge of the fabric. The diamonds themselves occupy about 13 cm in height near the top part of the pattern, each measuring roughly 5 × 11 cm. Their intersections are decorated with small black applications that add subtle dimensionality to the surface. The pattern repeats every 32 cm, which makes it easier to plan the placement of ornaments when cutting and sewing. The entire composition is designed in a border layout, making it especially effective on garments where the decorative lower finish can be showcased.
The fabric is ideal for sewing evening gowns, cocktail dresses, elegant skirts and outfits for balls, receptions and ceremonies. It can also be used to create striking corsets, decorative sleeves, insets in dresses and ornamental costume elements. The wide lower border allows for a bold skirt or dress hem finish, while the diamonds and tall ornaments can serve as the main decorative feature of the upper part of a garment. Plan the border layout so that the continuity of the ornaments is preserved during sewing and both decorative bands are properly showcased.
The mesh base gives the fabric lightness and transparency, while the densely sewn sequins and beads create a rich, textured surface and increase its decorative appeal. The combination of geometric lines with botanical ornaments blends classic elegance with a pronounced, ornamental style. Due to the numerous applications it requires careful cutting and gentle sewing, taking into account the placement of embellishments and the course of the borders. This is an exceptional choice for projects where the fabric is meant to play the main decorative role and give the finished garment a luxurious, evening character.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00 are packed and dispatched the same working day. Later orders go out the next working day.
Fabric samples are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Right of withdrawal (applies only to articles sold as pieces, i.e. coupon, buttons, appliqués, etc.)
1.1. In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 822), you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.
1.2. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in relation to contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specification or serving to meet the consumer's individualized needs. Pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)
1.3. Fabric cut from a beam according to the customer's preferences is an "item serving to meet the customer's individualized needs" within the meaning of Article 38(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. As a consequence of the sale of this type of product, the consumer does not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

of its decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
1.5. You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also complete and submit a withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement electronically on our website [http://izpol.pl]. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice on a durable medium (e-mail).
1.6. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2. Consequences of withdrawal and refund of goods
2.1 Withdrawal from all purchased goods sold as pieces, i.e. coupon, buttons, appliqués, etc.) :
If the customer withdraws from the contract of the entire purchased goods, and :
1. The shipment of the goods has not yet been made (the goods remain physically in the stock of Izpol Sp.J.) all payments received from you (including shipping costs) will be refunded no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this agreement.
2. The shipment of the goods has been made (the goods have physically left our warehouse), the payments received from you will be refunded within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the goods to the headquarters of Izpol Sp.J.
2.2 Withdrawal from the parts of the purchased goods sold as pieces, i.e. coupon, buttons, appliqués, etc.) :
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement for a part of the goods for which the customer has obtained a promotional discount resulting from the purchase amount (e.g. 5% for PLN 500, 10% for PLN 1000, etc.) or the purchase quantity (e.g. 5% for 5 mt, 10% for 10 mt), and after its return the sum of the prices of the remaining goods does not meet the discount criterion, Izpol Sp.J. will issue a new proof of purchase for the goods left behind, and the customer will receive a refund minus the discount previously obtained.
The return will be made no later than 14 days from the moment of delivery of the goods to the registered office of Izpol Sp.J.
2.3. If the goods are sent back in a deteriorated or damaged condition, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund accordingly.
2.4.We will refund your payment using the same payment methods you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in which case you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
2.5. Please send or hand over the item to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the expiry of the 14-day period.
2.6. The direct costs of returning goods shall be borne by the customer
