An exclusive, Italian costume fabric woven from cashmere with an admixture of wool in earthy brown. Cashmere fabrics are very delicate, light, soft and very pleasant to the touch. It is characterized by excellent air permeability and insulating properties, as cashmere is several times warmer than sheep's wool. Perfect for sewing a coat, jacket, vest.

Composition: 90% cashmere, 10% natural wool

Cashmere is considered the most luxurious wool in the world. Hence the rather high price of this raw material. It is expensive because it takes time to obtain, and in addition, natural cashmere comes exclusively from one species of goats living in the Himalayas – Capra Hisca. The time and cost of obtaining material from Kashmiri goats are therefore incomparably greater than in the case of woolen material obtained from sheep. The process of weaving cashmere products is also very laborious and time-consuming. Key features of cashmere fabric:

- is 10 times warmer and lighter than sheep's wool

- on contact with the skin, cashmere is extremely delicate and soft

- fantastic thermoregulation, which makes it suitable for both cold and hot seasons

- has high hygroscopicity, absorbs moisture and therefore sweat, and for this reason it is a transpiration fabric

- cashmere fiber is characterized by a lack of lanolin, which makes it an antibacterial and hypoallergenic fabric

- it is antistatic, does not attract electromagnetic and electrostatic fields, and therefore dust - it is less felted than sheep's wool

- does not bite

- does not absorb odors
