• Sequined material is sewn (or rather fastened with a rare stitch) using a thin needle and thread, also when you sew such a fabric with a sewing machine.
• If sequins fall into the excess (in stock) of the seam, you need to get rid of them. Applications can be easily cut with precision embroidery scissors – of course, you have to do it carefully enough not to damage the thread that the trinkets are attached to the material.
• Particular attention and caution requires ironing sequins. If necessary, you need to do it with a slightly heated iron, set to the mode for ironing synthetics, preferably through cotton material.
